Unused, Clean, Sellable Returns - Items that are unused, clean and sellable are eligible for return or exchange. If the buyer would like to exchange for a new item, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs only. If the item falls under this category and the buyer would like to return the item for a refund, they will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee as well as the return shipping costs. Defective Returns - Items that are defective are backed by our product guarantee which states that our products will be free of defects. If the buyer receive a defective item, they will be eligible for an exchange for a new item at no additional cost to them. However, if they would like to return the item for a refund and not an exchange of the defective product, buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
